Some of you may have noticed Spice Cafe next door to Broken City. It opened just a few weeks ago. I love this place. I always get the fresh avacado juice. They have a giant list of smoothees and strange drinks (I had a chocolate mint avacado drink called 'gluttony' a few weeks ago, so delightful you'd think it a sin!). The Malay owners make awesome curry dishes (curry soup, rice bowls, noodles, etc)

One thing you may want to avoid are the fish balls, they have a very odd texture, but perhaps this is some sort of regional delight I fail to appreciate.

I stop by for lunch during the week and for a meal when the limited menu and pub food is unappealing at Broken City.
